  • Onion – 1 medium (sliced)

Step 1: Tempering

Kadhai me coconut oil garam karein.
Mustard seeds add karein aur crackle hone dein.
Curry leaves, green chillies aur ginger add karein.

 

Step 2: Add Onions & Tomatoes

Onions daal kar translucent hone tak sauté karein.
Ab tomatoes daal kar soft hone tak pakayein.

 

Step 3: Add Pure Spices
