Step 1: Cook the Rice
Pani ubal kar usme whole spices aur salt add karein.
Soaked basmati rice daal kar 70% cooked hone tak pakayein. Drain kar ke side me rakh dein.
Step 2: Prepare Veg Masala
Kadhai me oil/ghee garam karein.
Onions daal kar golden brown hone tak fry karein.
Ginger-garlic paste aur green chillies add karein.
Step 3: Add Tomatoes & Spices
Tomatoes daal kar soft hone tak pakayein.
Ab turmeric, red chilli powder aur Sri Priya Foods Biryani Masala add karke oil separate hone tak bhunein.
Step 4: Add Vegetables & Curd
Mixed vegetables aur curd add karein.
Medium flame par 5β7 minutes pakayein jab tak sabziyan slightly tender ho jaayein.
Step 5: Layering the Biryani
Heavy-bottom pan me pehle veg masala, phir rice ki layer lagayein.
Mint, coriander aur thoda ghee sprinkle karein.
Isi tarah layers repeat karein.
Step 6: Dum Cooking
Pan ko cover karke low flame par 15β20 minutes dum par rakhein.
