Whole Black Urad Dal β 1 cup
Rajma (Kidney Beans) β ΒΌ cup
Water β as required
Salt β to taste
For Gravy:
Butter β 3 tbsp
Fresh Cream β Β½ cup
Onion (finely chopped) β 1 medium
Ginger-Garlic Paste β 1 tbsp
Tomato Puree β 1 cup

Kasuri Methi (crushed) β 1 tsp

π² Preparation Method
Step 1: Soak & Cook the Dal
Wash the urad dal and rajma thoroughly and soak them overnight (8β10 hours).
Pressure cook with salt and water for 6β8 whistles until the dal is soft and creamy.
Step 2: Prepare the Base Gravy
Heat butter in a heavy-bottom pan.
Add chopped onions and sautΓ© until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
Now add tomato puree and cook on medium flame until butter starts releasing from the sides.
Step 3: Add the Star Ingredient
